For over a decade the noise coming from the Crossfit comunity has been getting progressively louder. Whilst Crossfit is still constantly followed by a dark cloud misconceptions and accusations of being dangerous. Anyone claiming it's a fad that will pass by, is deluding themselves!
In this episode we talk to Erin Bonett, Erin is a physiotherapist and owner of Crossfit IOM. We ask "what is Crossfit?" And look at the differences between the sport and the training methodology. We look at what it takes to perform as a high level Crossfit athlete and address some of the misconceptions and accusations, to try and find if there's any truth to them.
