Amanda Fleming, 47 years old, shares her fitness journey on the podcast today. She is no stranger to fitness however she had no idea what type of experience was in store for her when she started her 6-week challenge in November of 2018. Amanda has fully embraced the community and culture at CSCF/BoomFit. She shares how it resembles her experience being a military family and the connection between the comradery of other families who had family members deployed overseas. There was a bond created. She shares how much she needed that in her fitness journey and life. Her example has inspired her daughter, Gracen, to start working out at the gym. Amanda's story is a fantastic reminder of the positive impact a gym family can make in your life. Enjoy!
