Every now and then, an ordinary person makes an extraordinary decision. A decision to take on a monumental challenge, one that will cause them a year of pain and misery. All in the name of raising thousands or pounds, to help children with cancer.
In this episode we talk with Tai Daly, the man behind running to beat cancer. Tai is running what he calls "the ultra tour 2020" - 15 marathons, ultra marathons and OCR's in 12 months. With the aim of raising £10,000+ for Children with Cancer UK and High Five for Ollie. We chat about training, recovery and staying motivated during a time of huge uncertainty.
