When Hope initially applied for 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, she had tried every diet imaginable and knew she needed to try something DIFFERENT. So on her 24th birthday Hope gave herself a gift that would keep giving - individualized Nutrition Coaching.
Throughout the episode, Hope talks about how she learned how to set healthy boundaries, measure progress beyond the scale, create a relationship with food where nothing is off limits and as a result, lose body fat in a way that she feels confident she can maintain moving forward.
