Laura Polasek, 39 years old, shares her fitness journey on the podcast today. She talks about how she used to be so against CrossFit and even the thought of going "outside" to now becoming someone who comes to CrossFit nearly everyday. Although Laura has been a long time member of the gym she had slipped into some unhealthy nutritional habits over the years and she finally decided to make some changes. She signed up for the six week challenge with coach Josh and lost 12 pounds and 4.5% body fat in 6 weeks! More importantly she grew in her confidence and belief in herself.
